Grilled Mixed Vegetables

I grill vegetables in our grill baskets (ideal) and on skewers. I don't skewer meats (kebobs) too much, because they are hard to keep from drying out. Nothing fancy here -- just a selection of vegetables I like to grill and the basic preparation before they go in the grill baskets or on the skewer.



The bell peppers and corn will benefit from some char, which is easier to get right on the grill. Don't let them mushrooms dry out. Serve hot.
